Magplar group passives ......nope!

Fix magplar passives so they have same group parses as other builds. Heck no, we gonna nerf one skill ( shhhh its a buff, haha. Yeah right ) and buff something that will really make the pvp'rs scream bloody murder in a few weeks. Sit back, let dust collect on favorite pve build , and watch the firework show.

SmellyUnlimited✭✭✭✭what numbers do you mean? I’m hitting 40-42k on mine using Siroria/Zaan/Mothers Sorrow, and have someone ele drain for me. It’s not as high as Magblade, but no Mag is as high as them, or stam as high as Stamblade.

PTS parses are actually worse with the sustain nerf. The Radiant Oppression buff is actually not enough given how important light attacks are in the game, it'll need to be much large since for the length of the channel it has to outdo a LA + spammable setup. It's really not. There are few fights where you must go ranged and there are no trials where you must be ranged the entire time. If you can be melee as a magicka toon you should be because Zaan is still the best monster set. Switch to another set only if you need to.

I main magplar and use zaan on every boss fight except mage and lightning attro...if you cant make zaan work on a ranged build in most fights that's l2p1 -

Fyi Radiant is a dps gain on live...a small but a dps gain none the less.0 -
Somber97866✭✭✭✭✭Yeah well instead of just sitting around all day on a target skeleton go and see the gap difference between magplar, magden, magsorc, and magdk's in a group parses. Your 44k is probably like 49k on target skeleton were as a sork hitting 37k with also hit 49k on target skeleton. But you knew that already , right?!?0

Yeahhhh, I've been doing some solo parsing. Here's the top end of what I'm getting so far. I think with the buff to radiant, this can be pushed a little more
Maybe they'll buff burning light and blazing spear a touch. When they make frags free cast haha
Tmk this in the same league as magnb, and was achieved before the buffs to channeled focus and radiant. Compared to a group setting, magnb can get minor sorcery but magplar can get minor berserk.0 -
BadSerpico✭✭✭Mag and stam Blades have Minor berserk(8% damage increase) self buffed so they will always parse higher Solo no matter what0

Yeah that’s reasonably common practice for high end raiders, at least on pc with addons. Idk about console.0 -

Yeah people usually swap often. For example we are doing Maw and I'm on stamplar. I have 3 different dressing room gear setups. 1 for first 2 bosses, 1 for Rakkat and 1 for AoE0
