Other MMOs create armor tiers by setting an attribute budget for a piece of armor. Is there such a thing for armor sets in ESO?

Gallagher563✭✭✭Eso does not have a formal ranking system for armor. The only significant difference is bind on pick up or pind on equip. Obviously trial gear is usually superior but it is not necessary superior in all instances. Also it is only really effective to run one set with minor Slayer, so most pair a trial set with an overland set or a dungeon set.1
