Guild Trader Notification in MotD

Can I please ask for Your feedback on this, specifically for PS4 but any info is useful.
For the last 1-2 years Trader Notification (where it says "Guild Trader") in a guild's Message of the Day has been bugged so that it displays sometimes (for example after server maintenance) but often lists "None Hired" instead of the correct Trader name and location. This usually instigates GMs having to use the limited character text in MotD to show their Trader.
Recently I have not noticed the bug. So, my question... Is this fixed now so I can deleted the MotD Trader details?
