How does this compute exactly?

Is it subtractive, making a 50% snare only be 35%?

Or is it multiplicative making the snare of 50% only be 85% effective, and being reduced to around 42.5%?

It´s multiplicative. I don´t know when ZOS changed these things but some of these stuff used to be additive but all of a sudden became multiplicative.

    Meaning a 60% snare goes to 51%....

That really is like nothing, even on the top end of snares.

    Boo!

agreed, it should have been additive like other snare reduction sets.

I thought it was subtractive. I didn’t test that but I read it somewhere.

Are the people who say it’s multiplicative testing it out?

What? If it’s multiplicative now then it’s completely useless...

When i get my warden levelled up, ill do it. But how on earth do we test it? The difference is very small. How do we measure if a 60% snare is reduced to 51% or to 45%? I don’t know what to baseline against.

most of these tests are done using a set distance (rock to tree, rock till stam drained, etc) and then use a stop watch.

Yeah, but that will not be accurate enough to determine such small difference i think.
