Werewolf character - Moon Hunter dungeon

Lore question - based on the disclosed story for Moon Hunter (I have not played on PTS). The Moon Hunter dungeon seems a lore problem for a werewolf character - why would a werewolf enter the keep to remove werewolves for the Silver Dawn (werewolf hunters)?
Will an option be included to allow a werewolf character to exclude this dungeon from the random queue?
