✭✭✭✭✭If you feel you're missing ESO+ bonus crates, open a support ticket. They're the ones who can see both your billing and login history and evaluate both how many you earned and how the system might have overlooked the crediting of those crates.

✭✭✭✭Crates aren't "on" a character, they are in the Crown Crate UI which is accessed by F3 default key on PC, or you can just open your map or inventory and use the buttons at the top of the page to navigate to the Crown crate UI, which is the 2nd button (in between crown store, and inventory)GM - Ghost Sea Trading Co - NA PC
