Recently, I did a massive master writ project to get my guild hall all the JC stations when Summerset dropped, and nearly 2 months later I'm still feeling the mats lost (not to mention having to gold out new BiS gear this patch). It would be nice if you could buy "Mastercrafter Surveys" from the Writ Voucher Vendors for maybe 5-10 WV that would work similar to how the Morrowind furnishing plans drop - you would get a random one in the envelope. To separate these from the dropped survey rewards from daily writs, these surveys should have 1.5-2x more nodes (depending on the number of vouchers needed). Alternatively, the envelope could contain 2-3 of the standard surveys that are bound to your account.
I don't think they should be separated by type or zone since it would be too easy to stockpile a certain amount of mats and control the market to a degree which is not what I want to have happen with these. It takes mats to make Master Writs and to craft the plans you get from there as well. It only makes sense to me that this would be a way to reward crafters and help alleviate some of the farming for mats that they would have to do otherwise.
I feel like I'm probably missing an obvious gaping problem or how this could be implemented better, so feedback is welcome.
