I logged on tonight to snag my Daily Reward and when I was done I logged out to swap characters and noticed that two of my characters are... Missing parts? My High Elf is missing his head, and arms, and my Argonian is missing his legs above the boots and his mount is showing up as a black shadow.
The armor still shows but the actual character is missing... Anyone help? I've power cycled my system, cleared the cache, all the various fixes that would normally work. Only thing I haven't done yet is uninstall and reinstall the game.

My High elf is wearing a costume made of various armors, but the Argonian isn't so I don't think its an issue with the outfitting system.
Its also the same on the character selection screen as it is in game.
The mount is broken on any of my characters, both in game and on the character select.

My husband came online to check for me and to him the character shows up fine. It seems to be just on my screen that this is happening.
I've also tried using both mine and my husband's game discs and both do the same thing so the discs aren't broken.

Edit: As of this day, two more characters are exhibiting the same issues a couple of my other Argonians, both wardens now have missing hands.

Edit: As of today my characters are once against showing up properly as are their mounts and pets. OwO A uninstall and reinstall WAS what the game needed though I still worry what caused it in the first place I am happy to be back.
