✭✭Your easiest option, if you're in a larger guild or two, is to ask for someone who has it researched, and provide them the dawn prism. These can be bought in Cyrodiil for 100k AP or at guild stores.0 -

✭✭✭✭I had no problem finding them in guilds right after the patch, though I didn't get one from the Cyrodiil quests. They should be even more common now, with people having researched the trait and adding to it.
