ESO won't install?

Hello everyone,

I am so confused! My MacBook Pro says I have 93.96GB of 121.02GB available storage space on my HDD.. When I open the ESO setup installer.. It says this: 'Install Options - Install Location/Applications/Zenimax Online 87 GB Required /86 GB Available'. So I cannot install? Could someone give me some idea as to why this is happening? Thank you!

There could be an issue with the installer you are using. Please make sure you are using the latest ESO installer from the account management site.

Hello, I am using the most up to date installer from the account management page. I’m not sure what else could be causing this issue?

If you've already tried downloading a new launcher and ESO won't install, please contact customer support to start a support ticket.
