Anyone know start date? Last year was a Thursday, which would likely be tomorrow. But I saw the one xbox achievement moved back from 7/31/18 to 8/6/18.

There is one as there is an xbox achievement that matches it. The achievement ends August 6, 2018.
Some people are saying it starts tomorrow (20th). I wish ZOS would just give a heads up on these events. No idea why they want to spring it on people.0 -
