Hello,
This issue is not fixed.
You have stated this as fixed:
But it is not fixed.
This also happens when loading into outposts and every major location with high population of player characters.
Currently, if there are too many players around, there is high probability for the game to crash when entering an area with many player characters, both when mounted/walking/teleporting to the location.
Once entering the area, all players and animations will freeze and the player will still be able to move until the game crash.
Location: Cyrodiil.
Server: PC EU
*Please fix it, this is a rather old bug.
It will be a unfortunate if it is not fixed before the Mid-year Mayhem event.

Think they mean travelling to a keep while mounted, or mounting mid travel would cause the crash. From what I understand anyway.@Sparr0w so I get the notification

✭But agreed on the freezing when more than 2 people are where you're travelling. Took me about an hour the other day to get my character from a keep to the gates so I could port out of Cyro. Crash, crash, crash, server error, crash, load screen, crash etc. etc.@Sparr0w so I get the notification

Yes.
I can confirm the game crash when traveling to a keep while mounted.
I can also confirm that attempting to avoid this crash by dismounting and then walking towards the crowded area will also result in a crash.
Furthermore, when trying to teleport to a crowded location(for example, outpost under siege) the game will also crash.Some videos I recorded for fun: Main character:

Indeed.
There is still an issue.
The game may crash when entering a crowded area either by mount/walking/teleporting.
