Help with monster set in BGS

Yesterday i finished the build of my StamDK Tank and i tested it in a few Battlegrounds. I tried with the set Tremorscale, but it didn't like me, the people moves too much and the damage is not a big thing. So i started today in the morning to search for some other alternatives. The thing is that i'm enough Tanky and i'm looking for something else that could help me with the damage or simply just do something usefull.
I'm between the following options and in that order:
Thurvokun
Velidreth
Engine Guardian
Selene
Grothdarr
Kra'gh

✭Tbf. OP should use whatever he wants to use regardless of what others say is the best. Problem is that everyone runs the same sets and no one is unique anymore.0 -
dtsharples✭✭✭✭✭Swarm Mother would save you some magika on Chaining people in, snipe spammers suddenly become quite handleable.
Thurvokun imo is a nice set to offer some extra passive damage, the minor main + defile is also very useful.
BloodSpawn will give you a higher uptime of your Ultimate.

Best by a tank is irrelevant. Damage proc sets don’t scale with your stats. They are fixed. The only thing that can impact them is the relevant penetration.0 -

It’s made for taking on trash mobs, when you get hit often but for small amounts of damage. PvP is large hits.

I agree it doesn't sound amazing, but I use it and its up really often. The best bet is to just try all of them out and see what suits your playstyle.

This guy is right, i used to wear Blodspawn but it is useful only if your being hit by tick damage in pvp or mobs in pve, but useles against NBs or Sorcerers which playstyle is try to one-shot an enemy or run like a ***.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Skoria on a DK is pretty strong. Even if it is a stamDK. I currently run skoria on my Bow/Bow stamblade and it hits hard. And the target lock and range it provides is very nice.1 -

It’s not trolling, it’s genuinely really useful, keeps you alive better than most things. If anything it trolls other players that try to kill you.

Yes. You can do an unkillable tank by using TrollKing, Ognums Scales and Beekeeper. With the right passives, mundus, foods and race you can get to 4K health Regen and 9k when below 60%.
You won’t do any damage, but you won’t die. That’s for pve though. In PvP crits and defile will still take you out eventually.Edited by Guppet on July 18, 2018 4:41PM0 -
Willard✭✭✭TrollKing, in my opinion, is pretty amazing. I never used it because I did not understand how it worked. I thought it only applied the health regen to other players, but it applies to your character as well. I use it now on several characters and I have much better survivability in all aspects of the game.0 -

Somewhere there is a video of me doing the ransack > tremorscale > widowmaker 1 hit cheese to @Sypher when he was a big streamer and I was a sub-max-CP bro.
