Launcher error 102: invalid metafile

How on earth do i get help on this error.
i cant log in to the game.
i cant repair the game from launcher.
ZOS support webside offers no help what so ever on this matter.
cant send tickets to ZOS anymore from the support webside.
i have uninstalled the full game now and when i try to install it again it comes back with the same "Launcher error 102: invalid metafile"
what am i to do here ?

under support i press the following in select a category:
Technical Support
I can't launch the game.
Downloaderror invalidMetafile.
and then there is NO option to send or anything from there on...............................................0 -
