Some would claim they're nerfing old sets. I think the change to Cyrodiil Ward and removing the 15% mounted move speed is a nerf personally and one no one asked for. It doesn't make the set more useful, just the opposite.

This. There are people who built around this set. Makes no sense why they are changing it. Apparently just another drunk/drugged up day at the office for whoever came up with the idea.
