What is the exact speed cap?
With the introduction of the new "Swift" trait on Jewelry I think its time we figured this out once and for all, I've read several threads on this and here are my conclusions. Please correct me if you KNOW something please state your source or if its just anecdotal.
In the past people abused a bug between two sets that allowed people to sneak at 200% which was faster than a fully trained sprinting mount. ZoS decided to not only fix the sets but nerf character speed by putting a cap on it. What is this cap?
Edit: What I have learned so far.
"Movement Speed" means Ground Speeds only
"Mounted Speed" is evident
Movement Speed Unmodified
Stealth - 80%
Walking -40%
Running 100%
Sprinting + 40% (This counts towards the 200% cap)
Mount Walking -65%
Mounted + 15%
Mount Sprint +65%
Movement Speed Modifiers (All Multiplicative except sprint which is Additive)
Minor Expedition: +10% (Ground Movement Speed only)
Major Expedition: +30% (Ground Movement Speed only)
Major Gallop: +30% (Mounted Movement Speed only)
Minor Gallop:??
Unique buffs include:
Windrunning: +2%
The Steed: +5- ? (based upon all gold Divines including shield it can get up to 8%)
Swift Jewelry Trait: +6-10% (based on the quality of the Jewelry)
Orc: +10% (Sprint Only)
Cyrodiil's Ward: +15% (3pc Armor Mount Movement Speed only)
