How Do I Take Off My Outfit?!!!!!!!!!

On my Character screen (C button PC) I've selected 'No Outfit' for my Outfit; and yet it perpetually is still on. It might go off in some cases but it will come back. How buggy is this? Or am I missing something completely.

yeh, even my character with no outfit says hes wearing one.

Thanks for the feed back on this. Should get a free outfit change token for the hassle IMO; changed my outfit just to remove it as it was so annoying.
