I thought it gets time to start the summerset questline, since i need some skills from the psijik skilline. While auesting i discovered this and was still 2 minutes after staring at it, very confused...

    Don't know if the guy is supposed to be on the bed or not. But his pants have bulges where the tops of boots would be and yet he is not wearing any boots.

    That begs the question, did you steal his boots?

    That's what I thought after a half second thinking "another bugged NPC". I realized it could be intentional and was thus amused.
