Warden and Morrowwind still require purchase

Currently Morrowind (zone) is a,DLC, so you have access. Warden is a seperate upgrade and you still have to purchase it to get access.

Stam Wardens are still pretty good in PVP. Burst damage and good self-heals are pretty nice.
Mag Wardens make decent healers and tanks. Somewhat lacking in the DPS department for trials. (I personally liked my MagWarden much better than my Templar Healer, but I never liked my Templar, oddly enough.)

And, of course, if someone wants to roleplay something naturery, Warden is the class.

If you want the BIS class, Warden isn't going to be worth it as a purchase. Its not Pay to Win for end-game content. But if you want to play something different or experience playing a Warden, I think they are worth it. I bought Morrowind Chapter when it came out and I've enjoyed playing my MagWarden and Stam Warden.

They couldn't really include Warden with ESO+ because of people stopping and starting their subscription. Either you'd be locked out of one of your characters any time you didn't pay or you'd be able to get it basically free by subbing for 30 days (and getting the cost of the sub back as crowns + the other benefits) to make a warden and then using it forever.
