I'm seeing alot of dual wield stamwardens wearing this setup, and they're practically unkillable. Although the setup alone doesn't contribute to them being hard to kill it's their CP allocation as well, so who came up with this aids build??

Haha yes, I’ve worn it, PvP regularly for a couple of years. It doesn’t make someone unkillable. There have been unkillable setups over the years but this isn’t one of them. The only thing I can think of is that the ult gen was allowing them to spam trees as you were unable to burst them down fast enough in between. However, that’s not so much a product of those sets, neither of which is OP, as it is a product of the warden class. If someone is spamming trees 1v1 it’s pretty cheap. They also could have been wearing troll king or something.2 -

Those sets together are trash. Sounds like a L2P issue. If you’re any good you should be able to kill that warden easily.3 -

✭✭✭✭✭Yeah that’s a pretty trash warden setup unless the warden runs really low sustain and heavies a ton to get wep dmg enchants on jewelry. Otherwise it just won’t put out enough DPS to kill a good player

Seems a legit build for ult regen build so they can cast their trees or db often.. and its not a secret build or something.. this build has been meta even before morrowind patch.. best counter for this is have them defiled since theres is no way they can purge it unless they have specific skills to purge negative effects.. if you think wearing the set makes you somehow unkillable then by all means ... try it yourself.0 -

I used to run fury, ww hide and bloodpsawn for a long time on a Stam DK.
That was before WW hide was stealth nerfed (change was never in the patch noted) and it was even better than it is now.0 -

You can do that on any setup. The one you posted is completely reactionary, no condotionless dmg.

I've used the combo before seventh was nerfed, I can assure you, none of these sets will make a person tanky. One gives a teeny tiny heal every once in a while, and the other gives meh amounts of ult gen.
Stamden itself is a very tanky class and if you thought it was the sets, you can try them yourself. It won't make you immortal.Edited by Ragnarock41 on July 12, 2018 8:26PM4 -
