Anybody else not being able to block Meteor?

I have not been able to block meteor 95% of the time and just take full damage. Anybody else having this problem?

    Did you roll dodge before trying to block. Roll dodge bug disables your skills AND block as well (unless you press shift)

    Do you see the blocking animation in your character before the meteor impact? Or maybe you are stunned or so?

    Aso, what's your ping/latency? Because, if high, meteor may be hitting you before you even see the hit on your screen.

    I do dodge roll a decent amount. But honestly i have never had this happen and been playing since launch. Meteor is such an easy ult to counter but like the last few weeks i block and i still take an insane amount of damage and actually been paying close attention the last few days to it.

    Is it possible your are getting hit with Rune Cage/Rune Prison right before the meteor lands? That stun will go through block, and force you to drop block. It is pretty common as part of a Mag sorc burst right now.

    Sounds like you’ve got a bad case of rune prison.

    The only prescription is nerf sorc.

    I dont know, but i was even watching twitch like 2 days ago and the streamer was even talking about the bug. So i dont know. Maybe the performance is so bad right now, i am not even seeing the rune cage lol.

    i hear and see it coming so i immediate hit and hold Block.

    but, what happens is my character puts away his weapons, and redraws his weapons and then takes a moment to hold up block, but the whole time "i was holding block"!!!

    Tell that to the brilliant lads that decided that a ranged unblockeable CC would be a great idea on a magsorc.

    Agree and my main 2 characters are MagDK and MagSorc. Its not like Sorcs needed an easier way to burst people

    That maybe it along with the lag and performance issues as well. I could understand not seeing the rune cage a couple times but doubt that is it but could be a combo of the things mentioned before. Really hope they fix rune cage and this is coming from somebody how plays one and of course all the performance issues.
