Battleground queue?

Since summerset im struggling to get into a BG sometimes it takes *** 1 hour to even get a ready check which still has 50-50% to either pass or fail.
I contacted zenimax to put their stuff together becuz its not normal that I can only get into a BG once every 2 hours while all my friends queue and get a ready check in the next max 5 minute, tho they said that they cannot do anything for me I guess im doomed unless....
Anybody else struggling with this and found a solution so far? ppl tell me to go and log a noob char but I only play 1 character since the beginning so thats not an option for me.
Please if someone found a solution to this share it with me!

XBox EU pops within a few minutes. Way better since summerset. Only bad times were when it went CP.

I queue solo mostly sometimes i try to team up with my friend but we never get ready check when we are in group so he is not fancy teaming up with me much anymore. When he queues solo he gets ready check in 5 second I dont get it for an hour, if we team up no ready check either....
I tried rejoining i tried leaving it i tried everything nothing helps rly...0 -

As to playing alts...I always played one char and will carry on playing 1...I simply cannot change...For me playing a new character I could jsut start playing another game with that effort.0 -

PC NA here, I never have to wait more than a minute to get placed in a group. Does that have anything to do with MMR? I've only been doing BGs for about 2 or 3 weeks now, if that is pertinent information.
