Did anyone ever transitioned from pc to console?
How was it? whats your opinion on the gameplay , with a controler etc?
I have aN NA account with 500 cp and a bunch of gear, store items etc..and i moved to Europe...
I do own a ps4 and hoenstly im fed up with the lag and fps lag on PC ( given that im attempting to play on NA from europe)
Kinda sucks having to farm eevrything all over again...but i wanted some opinions on this
There are learning curves you're going to have to adapt to moving over to console.Kinda sucks having to farm eevrything all over again...but i wanted some opinions on this

The lag isn't any better. If anything, it's actually worse because you'll have to go through the Playstation network (XBox Live for those reading this and going with the other console), which means if it goes down, but ESO is up, you can't play.
The controller doesn't work anything like keyboard/mouse controls, even though the PC player base was screwed over with actual KBM controls. For example, you will not be a able to weapon swap while you're moving unless you own controllers with mappable paddles. The out-of-the-box controller will not allow this.
There's also the latency compensation you'll have to deal with since wireless controllers aren't "instant". Most notably is lock picking, where you have to "release the tumbler" then hit it again because the latency is too long for the rumble/sound and the action to release. Practicing the latency and remembering where all 3 stops are can help improve picking locks.
The UI is HORRENDOUS on console. If you're used to add-ons in the PC version, disable them and remember what it's like to deal with the UI. There are *NO* options on the console to improve this garbage, now 4 years strong without a single improvement other than an icon for researching traits. Pathetic.
Chatting sucks. I mean, it truly sucks. The interface window is horrendous. I don't know what it looks like on the PS, but if it's anything like the Xbox, then it's the console app being used, not anything in game. On PC, the chat window is an overlay built into the game. This doesn't exist in the console world.
So, if you group, expect to read thousands upon thousands of lines of text chat because headsets aren't used in this game. Within 10 minutes, you'll hate the chat UI.

I have the chat pad. It's helpful, but I experience an issue where sometimes I can use the chat overlay (to the right of the screen), but most of the time, the stupid chat app shows up, blocking my game.
I can't figure out how to use only the in-game chat window.
Any idea?
