Templar
Repentance: Restores caster and up to 2 allies with Stam and health
Rune Focus: Increase circle of rune to 6m and adds blinding/disabling effect to enemies that enter rune.
Radial Sweep: Enemies hit with initial tick are inflicted with Burning.
Enduring Rays: (in addition) Slotting a Dawns Wrath ability increases spell/phys penetration by 1000/2000.
Nightblade
Dark Shades: Changes ability to allow cloaking of an ally for 5 seconds.
Malevolent Offering: Delete and bring back agony/morphs.
Power Extraction: Inflicts minor maim.
Consuming Darkness: Deals magic DoT.
- Veil of Blades: Increased magic dmg.
Sorcerer
Dark Exchange (&morphs): No longer restores health.
Lightning Splash (&morphs): Deals more damage, lasts longer, bigger radius.
Dragon Knight
Unrelenting Grip: Grants Empower and not Major Expedition.
Inferno: Activating grants Major Prophecy not while slotted.
Obsidian Shard: Converts to Stamina, decreased range 7m (now a spammable punch), combo increases damage and stuns. First hit sets off balance, stuns off balance enemies.
Ash Cloud: Bigger radius and deals dmg.
- Eruption: Deals additional damage.
Bonus: Dragon Blood should heal like Rally IMO, heart beats are HoTs and reactivating gives you a burst heal. But, in no way should this happen if it resulted in a nerf to the heal. Maybe just an option to rework the mechanic of the skill. Maybe just BS that I shouldn’t have typed out.
