Hah, actually, yes. Khajiiti Apple Spanakopita. Crawdad Quiche. Braised Rabbit with Spring Vegetables. Elsweyr Fondue. Um, yes please? Some of the recipes are strange, and others have items we'd have to substitute for, but a lot of them would probably be pretty darn good.

There is even a tumblr (though it's no longer updated) for someone who tried to re-create video game meals in her own kitchen. There are several ESO, a few Skyrim, and various other gaming recipes on the site: My Main is a Cook. I haven't tried any of them yet, but I've been tempted.

Though with its cauldron of stew icon, I've wondered if you could make it into a ragù and then use it as a filling for a watermelon flatbread.
