Psjic order quest. Need to get to the Rift

Howdo I get to the Rift from Stone Falls? There is a fortress that blocks the road and I cant open the door. Is there a quest for it? Is there a boat that an take me to the Rift. I also need to get to Eastmarch.

✭✭✭✭✭There is a boat from Davon’s Watch that goes to Mournhold ... and then on to Eastmarch and The Rift.
A much easier but less immersive alternative is to port to a friend or guildie in those zones. On PC it’s just a right-click and travel to player.

✭On consoles traveling to guildies is in your social menu. Guilds...roster...look for players with the green icon...select....travel to0
