Notable homes cost a lot, either in gold or crowns. Often the owner of these homes spend considerable time and resources decorating these homes.

It would be an appreciated perk if there was a trader outside each of them.

Its true that few if any would become major trade hubs, but it could create little pockets of community where folks use one of the five guild spots to share a guild and trader with their neighbors, visit each others place etc.

Wouldn’t mess with the economy, be pretty easy to implement, and be fun.
