Persistent CRASH! Anyone else suffer from this crash?

While playing ESO, after every 10-50 minutes, the game would freeze and i would hear a static noise in the background before the screen goes black. After i exit the game, this message comes up from my Nvidia Graphics card:
Display driver NVIDIA Windows Kernal Mode driver,Version 314.22 stopped responding and has sucessfully recovered
I have a Nvidia GTX 680 graphics processing unit with an intel core i7 3770k CPU overclocked @ 4.2 Ghz. (I hope this specific GPU didn't cause the crash)
Played the beta, began playing the early version. Enjoyed the game thus far but i was always tortured by this crash.
Anyone else suffer from this crash?
Anyone know how to save me from this crash?

lsutexanSoul Shrivenmine did the same. i reinstalled lastest drivers and it hasnt crashed since.0
