(2 items) When you taunt an enemy, you frighten them with a deafening howl, applying Major Maim to them for 3 seconds, lowering their damage done by 30%. This effect can occur once every 15 seconds

You'd think that in a werewolf themed dlc that this would be something epic for werewolves, but alas it is something only a tank would use. It shouldn't be a taunt that triggers the effect. There are only 2 taunt abilites: Inner Fire and Puncture.

And what is with that cooldown? 15 second cooldown and you only get 3 seconds of maim!? Good for pvp when people are smashing moves out, but for PvE enemies that take 3 seconds to perform heavy attacks or mega abilities makes it seem stupid.

Disappointed with this.

I see how it can be utilised really well.
It's a pve tank set - the tank taunts an enemy when he sees bosse's incomming attack (for example selene's bear) and blocks immediately. That way he saves his team of 30% of crazy special attack damage.
The cooldown may be a little too long, but keep in mind those special attacks ar incomming every 12-20 seconds anyway.

I can see certain guilds etc saying this is a must set but you can get that de-buff from other places

Where exactly?

There are only 2 skills which has Major Maim and one of them is an ulti.

3 seconds Major Maim with 15 secs cooldown is basically means 20% uptime of Major Maim which might be good for the group, especially in some boss fights.

Yeah I think the bonus is good, but I wish that you could single bar it instead of wearing it as a monster set so you could better control the proc.

3 seconds is way to short and 15 seconds is way to long. Not near enough uptime for me to use as a tank
