No cp wrecks my builds. Just add in both, plenty of people run battlegrounds.

I would like to see a system where you can queue for No-CP or CP, however I don't know if the game mode population is good enough for that. In theory the influx of CP only PvP players would balance out?

Premades would rule BGs even moreso than they already do. CP is a massive boost to survivability and power, and those who go in without dedicated PvP builds to match will suffer. At least without CP everyone has a chance, even PvE builds.

No CP doesn't let you auto pilot your way through PvP, you actually have to manage your resources. I feel like I have gotten better playing without CP, a lot of players don't realize how much CP carries them in Cyrodiil. Can't speak for PC but on console if BGs enabled CP no one would play without it

CP PVP works for AvAvA zerg-fests, annoying 1vX fights, and long, drawn-out sieges with big offensive/defensive ticks. Battlegrounds (esp. Deathmatch mode) should be relatively short and fun by comparison. It’s not fun trying to kill a healtank who can block for days.

If your CP-optimized build does not work for Battlegrounds, then you simply need a Battlegrounds build. I could NEVER take my five medium/two heavy Viper/Bone Pirate/Skoria build into Cyrodiil and wreck people the way I can in Battlegrounds, much as I could never expect to get a high kill to death ratio with my zerg-optimized support Warden.
