I just remembered that contest. Did they ever do that, and if so where did they put the NPC?

    Yes, there's a notebook referencing him in arteum "thorn blackstaff" lucky to be immortalized in an elder scrolls game

    No they offered but he is/was and elite player but in his mid 70's who couldn't travel do to health issues

    Never heard of them doing anything like this but it sounds quite awesome!
