Who we are:

We are a new guild primarily focused on running trials and DLC dungeons in a fun and relaxed way: one could describe us as serious casuals.

What we stand for:

We are looking for members to help us grow, and obviously as we grow stronger, you will grow stronger as well! This is our vision of how a guild should function.
We are not keen on elitism and do not embrace meta, we actually even encourage people to experiment with their builds,
as long as it makes sense. If you choose to run meta that is your decision but don't try to force it upon others.
Blaming people for making mistakes is another thing we don't like, instead of blaming,help your fellow guildies to grow by giving constructive feedback.
We aim to keep a light, friendly drama-free atmosphere, so we ask all to keep personal opinions or feelings (like politics or relationships between guildies, for example) out of the guild chat.
Respecting everyone is fundamental.

What we expect from you:

It does not matter if you are experienced in trials or DLC dungeons or not, some of us are still learning too,
what does matter is dedication to the guild and having interest in improving and being willing to put effort to progress.
The improvement part leads to the next point, being able to handle critique on build suggestions or techniques to improve your gameplay,
or adjusting your build accordingly to the setup of the group you are running with, is something we expect from all our members.

Requirements:

We have one requirement, wich may sound a bit elitist: we require applicants to be at least cp300.
This is NOT because we want a lot of damage on our runs, but because being cp300 just shows that people are interested enough in the game to stick around and progress.
We are willing to spend time on our members, but time is valuable and we can't really spend tons of our time for someone that will probably have lost interest in the game within a month.
Another requirement we have, is that you have a basic understanding of end-game mechanics.
We also require you to install raidnotifier addon and make use of discord on our runs (no discord, no runs), and recommend using action duration reminder to keep track of your buffs and cooldowns.

So, long story short,
if you are looking for a guild with a friendly helpful atmosphere where you get the possibility to progress and have a lot of fun while doing so,
Element is the guild for you
