✭✭✭✭Hard to get much tankier than that build. Make sure to be Argonian. With lots of Sturdy traits it might be worth dropping Pirate Skelly to use Malubeth, especially since there's so much unmitigatable damage around these days.7-day PVP campaign regular 2016-2019, Flawless Conqueror. There are two Magplar on NA PS4 that are really hard to kill. I know they wear Pirate Skeleton Reactive and I’m almost positive they run desert rose. Them together is definitely a pita.0 -

✭Reactive gives a lot of reduction while being stunned and stuff, may be a better choice than impreg. Desert rose is only needed, if you use mistform frequently, since the magicka return is independent from the regen and can happen in mistform.0 -

Yea they get dog piled on constantly since they are so Tanky that it is always proccing on cooldown.0 -

If you go frost staff for minor maim on one bar you can exchange wizard riposte with reactive armor, fortified brass, curse of bahraha or pleague doctor. For example frost damage bar, restro buff bar or s&b damage bar, frost buff bar (WoE).
Also if you use mediate or time stop on your position for major protection you can drop pirate skeleton for troll king or engine guardian.PC EU - DC only0
