I want more cosmetics, but cosmetics should be available through easier achievements even if they take a lot of time.
The current requirements for skins from the absolute most difficult and largest group content is just ridiculously frustrating for a cosmetic item. They can have their "e-peen enlarging" title if they want, but the skins have always been more appealing to and used by the people who spend more time role-playing or just playing in the outfit station than they would doing "gogogogogogo gimme phat loot!" content that they don't care about except for the reward they specifically want and then abandon that content.
Forming a good enough size group of willing people is too hard to begin with, but getting lucky with competent people is like winning the lottery jackpot on top of that.

It's funny that they are obviously trying to get people to play the content and hopefully not get bored of it and leave because of lack of content but they are going about that the completely wrong direction. They focus on rewards at the end to entice players, which just encourages burning through the content faster and requires them to make the content painful/slow to burn through and thus not fun even if it would be interesting.
They're killing their own design goals for their game.
