ESO Achievements bugged or something is wrong

So on the Xbox One there are console achievements, as well as there are in-game achievements. Okay I unlocked the in-game achievement "General Executioner" around 4 AM last night and eleven hours later the Xbox One console achievement: "General Executioner" finally unlock at 3 PM.

Whenever I unlock ESO achievements for the Xbox One console, they usually take 3 to 4 hours to unlock after being unlocked in-game and 11 hours later that would be the first when coming to be the longest. This never happens on any other game that I have played so far.

The problem is the amount of time it takes until it unlocks. I was very confused as to why it did not unlock and eleven hours later it unlocks. So yes, I wanted to report this issue: As the achievements for the console are being delayed.

Also I wanted to say the reason why I care is because I am a "Achievement Hunter" it's one of the many reasons why I play and it can very uncomfortable wonder why the achievement has not unlocked, when I clearly unlocked it in-game.

I would be happy that your achievements actually unlock

I send a ticket reporting that it has been multiple times since I have completed achievement yet did not recieve it IN GAME at all (on pc). Multiple times. Its just stuck. All support tells me is they cant do anything and that I should just redo it and it should complete. Except it did not the past 5 times I actually complete it -_- And reporting it as a bug does absolutely 0 to me actually getting the achievement. Now THAT IS frustrating.
