Is Rapid Regen / Mutagen visible to enemies?

If an ally heals a crouched or cloaked player with Rapid Regen / Mutagen, is the beam visible to enemies in the current patch?

Enemies cannot see the beam but they can see your characters animation

No, the beam is visible. That's how you see where exectly the stealthed friends are
