Issues paying guild dues

I have had an issue recently that I would like to know if anyone else has experienced.

I am currently in a guild called Farmers Legion and have been with them since May-ish. Super awesome guild, this isn't a post about bashing them at all. I am naming the guild in this post in hopes a fellow guild mate reads this and sees my issue.

Sunday, July 1st, I deposited my 10k weekly dues as usual, and typed in the guild chat that my dues were paid. I logged back in on Tuesday, July 3rd to sell some items in the guild store. When I went to sell, it said I did not have permissions to do so. So I checked the guild roster, and my rank is currently set at "still needs to pay 10k". So i go to the bank and deposit my 10k again in hopes to resolve this.

I wait a while to see if my rank is set back to what I originally was, yet nothing changed. I reached out to the treasurer of the guild to see if my deposits were received. He advised that he went back 5 days in the deposit history and said there wasn't any indication that I ever made a deposit on July 1st or July 3rd.

My question now is, where did the 20,000 that I deposited, go? I watched it subtract from my players funds both times. I was talking again to the treasurer of the guild and he advised to submit a ticket to support. I have done that, and they have responded with me needing to provide more information (name of guild, amount of gold lost, my username, etc...)

I asked if there was anyway that someone could make note in the guild that I am experiencing this issue, and not kick me from the guild while I try and get this sorted out. I was told that unless the gold is deposited, I risk being kicked.

I don't want to be kicked because I really like this guild, but I don't really know exactly what is going on, other than the fact that the gold I am depositing into the bank is subtracting from my players funds, but is not reflecting in the guild bank, or the bank history.

Has anyone else experienced something like this? I am oping this is not just me having this issue and that there is some insight out there.

Note: I am in one other guild and in that guild, I am able to see my deposit history and I did not deposit to the wrong guild and I did not deposit to my own bank.

Also note: In Farmers Legion, I am not able to see my deposit history into the bank, so I cannot verify myself.

    If they kick you, doesn't sound like a very awesome guild. This sort of bug has been reported many times. If you're on PC/NA and need a better trade guild, I can point you to several. All have lower monthly dues and definitely wouldn't even threaten to kick you over this.

    When you deposit something in a guild bank try waiting a few seconds to half a minute. Sometimes it is buggy and if you don't wait the money tends to get lost. If you wait it usually updates the Guild gold ok

    I am on XB/NA :( I am trying to find another trading guild in case I do end of getting kicked so I have a back up that i can sell in.

    Many trading guilds' solution about deposit gold into bank issue now is.. mail the gold/dues to your guild leader. It's not really a game fixed solution, but at least the gold you send won't tossed into water and gone forever.

    If you're paying 40k a month to be in a guild, you're in the wrong guild. Just saying.

    This is a well known and documented issue. Occasionally, when depositing to the guild bank, gold and items leave your inventory but dont make it into the bank.

    You can report your missing gold to ZOS. They have records, even if the bank deposit history doesn't show it, they'll be able to see it. I've had these tickets resolved in as little as a couple hours, and as long as about 48 hours.

    To report, type /help in the chat box, and report a "character issue". You can go into as much detail as you want here, but no matter what you say, you will still get the same automated mail telling you to check with your guild leaders and other guild banks, so typically my first mail is just "hey, my gold went missing again, can you help me retrieve it?"

    Once you receive the automated mail, respond with your account name and character name the deposit went missing on, the guild bank you deposited in, amount of deposit and approximate date/time of your deposit. The more info you give, the easier it is for them to find it.

    As a side note and on behalf of all GM's out there, thank you for understanding that we dont have control of this, either. It sucks when your deposit goes missing, and it sucks for GM's, too, who rely on the integrity of the game's systems to effectively manage their communities. Hopefully. your GM's will restore permissions while you sort this out with ZOS.

    In the future, I suggest taking note of the character name, deposit amount, date and time of every deposit you make, and proactively checking with your Officer team to ensure your deposits get picked up by the game systems. That way, if there is an issue, you can be on top of it, rather than not knowing until sales permissions are revoked.
