Welkynar Style Master Writs

I saw Welkynar Style Master Writs at guild trader after last patch, is this style craftable at this moment? I think there is no way to obtain this style in game and there is no style material. Am i wrong?

And if i remember correct Orzorgas Smoked Bear Haunch and Psijic Ambrosia master writs were 40 vouchers in previous patch. Now they cost 10 vouchers again. Maybe you rolled back some other Master writs too.

✭You are not wrong. ZOS put master writs in game that are not craftable at this time AGAIN.
Fill out a help ticket for every master writ you can not do because of this BS.0 -
