Crown Store History

I wrote to support and they said there is no way to review Crown Store history.

This is crazy! We pay for Crowns through real money and ESO Plus membership.

We should be permitted to see when Crowns are added, what they are spent on, and everything, just like a regular statement from a bank. It's also a security thing in that reviewing Crown Store purchases shows us whether someone else used our Crowns without our permission.

I can't believe this game has existed this long, using Crowns as a currency without having a way to track when they are added and how they were spent.

Obviously they have a way to review them internally, I think you may be misunderstanding the response, policy likely dictates that they do not provide that information to you and it is possible the agent you were corresponding with does not have access to that information but they undoubtedly can access that information.

Okay. don't get how I could be misunderstood. This is not about them being able to read the information. It is about my being able to read it. I pay for the Crowns either directly or by paying for ESO Plus membership. So, I earn the Crowns and I want an accounting. I should be able to see when Crowns are added to my account, when they are spent and what they are spent on. I likened them to a bank statement where it is your money and you get an accounting of it. We pay for the Crowns. We should get an accounting for them.

I completely agree. Even EA had that as far back (if not farther) with Sims 3 and simpoints.

I have to spend real money to buy the pseudo currency. I absolutely should be able to keep track of my deposits and withdrawals of Crowns. Even if it was kept outside the game itself (in the account tab on the webpage for example) it should still be accessible.

I don't need to know what I spent the crowns on historically, but I do need a receipt I can check that shows me that my monthly payment is resulting in a monthly deposit of crowns....and that history should go back to day one, just like our account history shows us all the payments we have made to ZOS. That page should also show our crown balance and deposits/withdrawals of crowns to our account.
