It's the most annoying of the daily delve quests for sure. You can make it easier though.
If you have a mate, just activate the written letters at the same time, works with more than 1 group member. Then it counts as more than 1 letter.

You can also cheese your way around the broken bridge by jumping at the cliffs to the right of the bridge, this way you can avoid that annoying cave passage.

I can't get the last 2 when you kill the boss (spinner) there's a stone door you go through but I've tried it several times relogged restarted after 15 minutes all that zenimax automated rubbish we all know and try and to add to it all my character's are bugged that way so I can't reach them

I've never had a problem with this one. There's just enough letters scattered around. The only issue is forgetting the one by the eastern entrance.

There isn't a door you need to go through apart from to the cave that leads to the boss. If you go back through the cave and leave through the bottom entrance (or jump down off the cliff from where the boss is tho you'll probably die), then follow the area around, there's one on a ledge above the little lake near the delve entrance. Then carry on up the hill and the other is again on a little ledge on the cliff edge ahead to the right.

I found they were all really hard to find the first time too

there are 5 quest items in 5 constant ( fixed) locations

they don't respawn - you just need to pick all 5 different ones

when you do it more than once it becomes a fast and easy daily

but yeah at first it blowed my mind too =D

The one on the ledge just inside the entrance is a butt.

I don't even bother with this one anymore. I find it frustrating rather than fun.
