Something I wish we could do with our bank items... STACK THEM!!!

Pretty simple. Items we have in our bank have at times unstacked or not stacked at all when placed and can cause it to take additional space. Easy solution is add the option to stack bank space as well. I am on xbox na and we don't any sort of solution other than take the items out in question and put them back in and pray that it stacks properly.

✭This is long overdue. This is a huge quality of life improvement. This and word search for guild traders so you don't have to scroll through pages and pages to find what you are looking for.6 -
I don't know, on PC I press Y and they stack. what I would like is to have the ability to put something up to the guild store right from the bank. Unless you can do that now and I don't know about it0

Talking about items outside of crafting... I have eso+ and sometimes I honestly I have so many extra blueprints/motifs/recipes that I've noticed at times where my bank space was full but it wasn't truly full because items wouldn't stack properly or somehow are unstacked when I am sure I had visual confirmation that they were stacked. Also had empty soul gems somehow become unstacked and don't know why.Ärmätèsz

✭✭✭✭✭Unsure as it was early days. I think in the GB there was a way you could stack / pull out / timing thing a way to generate a ton of mats between a few players. It might have even been before console launch actually but it was at least 2015.
So rather than stop the hax they disabled stack.

nudel✭✭✭✭✭At launch, players used bank stacking to dupe items. ZOS had to take down the servers and patch that out. This is why we cannot stack in our bank or guild bank.0 -

✭✭✭✭Bank auto-stacking is actually not working reliably, though it should. It happens pretty often to deposit identical items and find out they don't stack. During the Jubilee event I had quite a bit of trouble with multiple copies of the same motif page not auto-stacking so I had to pull them out on a char, press Y and deposit them back. I had to repeat the process multiple times over the course of a day since I've found as much as a dozen spaces wasted that way and it would have clogged up pretty quickly otherwise.Beta tester since February 2014, played ESO-TU October 2015 - August 2022, currently on an extended break

You must be an ESO+ person too. I haven't had enough in the bank to need stacking in years.
the only time i've seen items in my bank not stacked is because i split a stack to take a few out rather than all of them.
for instance...
for prov writs my main crafter will make a stack of everything required for the top lvl writs. i will pick some of those up when needed on other toons. but, you don't need 100 for the writ. and other toons will need some. so split 100 then slit 50 then split 25 pick up the remainder and that toon is good for a month or so. oh, look at all those argonian interfered with rabbits entries i have in my bank!!!!!
log out on that toon, log in on the next and????
oh look. they are all stacked again.
so, that's not the point. the point is .... what items is the op referring to... cause some items don't stack.0
