Video going blank inside some buildings

This has been happening to me intermittently inside certain buildings, such as the mage's guild in Daggerfall or the bank in Auridon. Things look normal until I change my facing; then everything goes white. This just started yesterday, 7/2, since the last patch. This is not happening to my spouse, who is playing on a Mac (a much older machine than mine).

My video card is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070Ti. I tried updating the driver, but it hasn't helped.

My CPU is an intel i7 8700k 6 core with 3.70 GHz.

Sometimes relogging helps temporarily, but not always.

I've had two similar issues. One happens in Cyro where say I'm on a siege, and zoomed all the way out and moving the camera OR sometimes on foot, a huge chunk (about 40-70%) of the background goes a solid pinkish color. Other issue is in dungeons, where the camera movement i.e. looking at a certain direction, everything disappears except the npcs, chests, and players. The only thing visible ground-wise or otherwise is the main foundation of the map i.e. what's at the very bottom if you were to clip out of bounds. reloadui doesn't fix it.

I have the same issues and also have a 1070 card. This is happening a lot when looking at walls inside buildings and in some delves. It's making it hard to play the game in certain circumstances. It makes it difficult to walk through a scene.

Much the same problem here. Started with the most recent patch, when viewing at certain angles everything but the ground, sky and characters disappears. It reminds me of the viewable area boxes in the recent Fallouts that were intended to optimise the performance in interior locations: I'm guessing someone has attempted to optimise ESO similarly but it's gone a bit wrong...

This is the same experience I'm having.

    Running a 1080 Ti, 398.36 drivers.

Areas I've noticed this the most:
    • Balmora, specific near the ramp of the bridges
    • Cey-Tarn Keep, all walls of the buildings disappear
    • Hleran Ancestral Tomb, whole sections disappear

There's numerous blimps here and there. It looks like it might be aggressive culling of assets.

Wow, that's kind of an interesting idea.
Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis
