Lost in the Gloam bug [SPOILERS]
So I got to the part where I need to defeat the 'wrath-of-crows' quest boss. I ran across the halls through the mobs etc and killed the boss. Next quest stage is not unlocking and it is telling me to kill the boss still. I tried leaving the area and logging out, being in the area and logging out etc. But nope the Duke of Crows is not appearing to me to whom I am supposed to talk to next when I looked how the quest SHOULD be on Youtube, so I am now stuck in quest that I have worked sometime to complete so EFF completing this quest line.
