When will Xbox linked accounts going to be allowed to link Twitch accounts for drops?

- When you create a new Elder Scrolls account - You can link that account to Twitch
- When you link that new Twitch linked account to your Xbox Accout, the Twitch link dissapears
- When you remove the Xbox link, there is no sign of the old Twitch link, nor can you re-link Twitch to that account
I tested this with at least 3 new bogus accounts, all 3 accounts acted the same.
So my conclusion is that Zenimax blocks Xbox accounts from linking Twitch to it.
So, my question, when will Xbox accounts be allowed to link their account to Twitch to receive drops?
- When you link that new Twitch linked account to your Xbox Accout, the Twitch link dissapears
