✭✭✭✭✭howdy general...it really depends on what you like doing, or, what you're most likely to do in a fight...
I play pretty slow, and, am not very good at staying mobile, or, keeping up multiple shields (shield stacking) all the time - so, I had to figure out a way to hang and bang with folks...
some people though are great at using streak and being really hard to pin down...or, keeping three shields up...not me though...
I've always worn 7 light, but, have thought of maybe going 5 light/2 heavy...
not sure if it helps - but, here's how I have mine set up at the moment:
2pc mighty chudan, 5pc spinners, 5pc julianos...
SnB: shattering prison, dark conversion, rune cage/haunting curse, bound aegis, crystal frags and soul assault
Destro (lightning): power surge, hardened ward, destructive reach/unstable wall of elements, bound aegis, mage's wrath and eye of the storm
apprentice mundus and witchmother's potent brew...increase weapon/spell damage enchants on weapons...

Use 5 - 1 - 1: you'll really need the undaunted passive fully working + the roll dodge passive as well
I could give you some more tips but i'm so damn lazzy. Just 1 more thing about the mundus. If you wanna go for the apprentice make sure your spell pen is 8K at least, if not, go for the lover/sharpened trait2
