Monster helm didn’t drop in get Elden II? Any feedback ?

I did a veteran run in Elden II and I was hoping to get a specific monster helm but it didn’t drop on the final boss. Any feedback on this ? I thought it was 100% drop rate on veteran. However I wasn’t currently doing a daily pledge.. do they only drop on final boss when you have a daily pledge quest active or what? Any feedback ?

✭Nope should always drop from killing the last boss on Vet. Sometimes they're in a chest (e.g. CoA2)@Sparr0w so I get the notification
