https://youtu.be/9O5PPh8oYaUNot only is Strider surviving several ults, some that are even a supposed counter to dodge builds, but he's constantly engaging the enemy on his own. What? You wanna nerf the enemy even more so his Rambo approach becomes viable?
I seen nothing wrong other than someone bum rushing two people on his own and being focused down lol what are we nerfing again?
I do agree, damage proc sets are the dumbest thing ever brought to eso (certain ones), but I see nothing that screams nerf in this video tbh

It was a 2v2 are you implying that when fighting a magsorc you need to outnumber them for it to be a fair fight?
What sets you using?
To be frank, I see alot of situations you are putting your toon into positions where you are either getting focused hard by two players or are trying to 1vX veteran players. And there are moments you appear to not be breaking their combos, so it looks like your toon is standing there
Just taking hits when you should be moving to force los (I do this alot too as my main mistake).

i agree with that comment.
looks like he was willing to use his face as a shield in some of those situations.

Ehh. While I agree some mechanics aren’t perfectly balanced, thanks for providing video evidence of how mediocre your gameplay is. Confirmed what I always thought, just another bad stamblade that constantly dies and respawns on the forums. I can see why you struggle with sorcs so much.

Less QQ, more Pew Pew. Sorry if that comes off as mean but it’s the truth. The nightblades i play with do so well in BGs and in general. At some point you gotta really just ask yourself, if you struggle this much, is the problem with the game or the player...

I do that alot too because some players are potatoes so it gives me the illusion of tankiness and sometimes I can't get used to the GCD timer so alot of abilities don't fire off when I want them to resulting in me rushing to get another off when my attacker is already in his combo unhindered.
I think OP is using a bow, and bow's strength is in draining shot; 10 meter range cc but dirt cheap in nCP and gives you a burst heal that procs while you are on the offensive letting you stay offensive. Then again he is a nightblade who can be hard to master at times, especially when you have mostly instant cast dodgeable attacks.
Overall I want to see his sets.
It’s so hard for me to take console vids seriously. Everything just seems so slow paced. Based on the comments I was expecting to see you get instantly gibbed by the other team. Instead you just hopped around a bit and made the fatal error of trying to stack vigors with a mag DK. That’s a very unilateral relationship, and not in your favor, but I make the same mistake all the time. They just look so much like Stam players lol.
But yeah man you seem to be too used to how OP the stamblade class is. It’s still ridiculously OP, but now mag sorcs have strong offense too, so you’re gonna have to start playing like the rest of us already do. Your crutch is no longer only available to you.

That’s called melee. And jumping in is your only hope. Are you supposed to range Sorcs lol?Not only is Strider surviving several ults, some that are even a supposed counter to dodge builds, but he's constantly engaging the enemy on his own. What? Nah. He's jumping right into the middle of the enemy on his own and gets focused down. That's normal.
In his defense, he's using a controller in a game where button mapping to match your playstyle is preferred.
There are times I can feel his pain trying to rotate around with the controller paddles on console when I would have already bar swapped cancelled into a Dodge roll cancelled purge on PC.

It’s not just the mechanics of his play. First of all, he is playing a stamblade without cloak. I don’t even need to use the heal morph to understand how mediocre that skill is just reading the tool tip- especially in comparison.. Secondly, he knows the opposition is cheesing soul assault and he elects to constantly commit to the same approach in the fight (run up, do mediocre damage, and then get evaporated) over and over. Which, incidentally, wouldn’t happen if he ran the right morph of cloak.
Are some mechanics lame? Yeah. Soul assault sucks. Rune cage is overtuned. I have never disputed this. But this guy is literally running an illogical, gimped build then playing it poorly. Instead of adjusting to the situation at hand, he runs head first into a losing match up over and over again expecting different results and then starts qqing. And tbh, I’m pretty sure this is the case for most people who come to whine on he forums. People pinning blame for their own bad decision making and gameplay on mechanics instead of trying to actually improve. Well, I personally don’t think any game or product period should be designed around incompetence.
