Oh, I'm sure they read them... in that they probably have an intern reading through them, and collating them to categories on a spreadsheet to be sent to someone more senior who's responsible for PVP - who then looks at them, looks around at his team consisting of one (sleeping)elderly orang-utan with three missing fingers, and a cockroach. He then tells his seniors (again) that he needs more resources - who say "Bwahaha, that pvp guy is asking for more resources.. again.. doesn't he know we have a cash-shop to run! outfits to make! shiny mounts to sell!"
