My ESO+ is not giving me 1500 crowns a month any more!

Hello,

I have noticed that since about 2 months (and 100% sure since my early Summerset purchase) my ESO+ subscription is only giving me the "craft bag" and access to DLCs.
For years I have received 1500 crowns a month too, but not any more.

Anyone else is experiencing this? I am quite disappointed and don't know how to fix it!

Do you pay month to month or for 6 months at a time? If you pay for 6 months you get all 6 months worth up front when it renews.

I'm assuming you're on XB? That's been an issue since console launch, affecting only some players some of the time. I had it happen after about 3 or 4 months and had to submit tickets three months straight until they supposedly fixed it. I've been receiving my crowns since I re-subbed with Homestead's launch, but I check it every month just to be sure.

So, submit a ticket and provide the requested documentation that your credit card has been charged but no crowns received. It takes a bit of back and forth, but stay on them and keep checking in until it's resolved.

Last month I got my crowns a few days later. Today my account was charged for the new month and again I've got no crowns with the prolongation.
