Should completed quests display in the quest journal?

I think, they should. For instance, sometimes I want to remember a choice, my character made in the past. I know about an UI-mode, which brings a TESIII-like journal into the game, but unfortunately it doesn't works behindhand. So, why not to make it a default thing?

True, but not all quests have an achievement. Also, the description of the finished ones, which can be seen on the map, don't tell nothing about what choice was made. For example, after completing The Dagger's Edge in Glenumbra one can only read: "You discovered the cause of the harpy frenzy".
